| Obverse description | Central field features the royal toughra of Amir Habibullah Khan, surmounted by a six-pointed star and flanked by Arabic inscriptions. The date appears below the toughra within an ornamental wreath of laurel branches encircling the entire design. All lettering is rendered in Arabic script in a formal calligraphic style typical of late 19th- and early 20th-century Afghan coinage. The coin's border is defined by a fine beaded rim. |
