Reverse description The reverse displays the mint name 'Azimabad' and the regnal year in Nastaliq script, arranged across the field in the standard Mughal rupee format. The AH date and regnal year (RY) are inscribed in bold Arabic numerals, with the mint epithet occupying the lower portion of the flan. The hammered strike produces a slightly irregular outline characteristic of Mughal silver coinage of this period.
