| Reverse description | Central field dominated by a bold geometric interlaced design forming a multi-pointed star or radial pattern, rendered in strong relief. Within the lower segment of the star, two confronted animal figures — characteristic of Afghan decorative coinage — are depicted facing one another, surrounded by scattered granular and berry-cluster ornaments. The margins bear cursive Persian inscriptions in Naskh script, with additional foliate scroll motifs filling the remaining field. The overall design is typical of the KM#497.2 variety, featuring leaf devices in the field. |
