Reverse description Reverse displays a continuation of the Mughal-style Persian inscriptions in Nastaliq script, arranged in horizontal bands across the field with a ruled line dividing the registers. The legend includes the kalima or royal titles following the Mughal coinage convention. Pellet ornaments and floral decorative elements are scattered in the field margins. The coin exhibits the characteristic irregular flan and slightly uneven strike typical of hammered silver issues from provincial Maratha mints.
