Reverse description Central field carries a multi-line Persian inscription in Nastaliq script arranged across the flan, with the mint name Sironj (سرونج) and the regnal year (julus) of Ahmad Shah Bahadur. Decorative floral or star ornaments are visible in the field, a characteristic embellishment of Mughal rupees struck at provincial mints. The inscription is divided by a horizontal line, with the mint name in the lower register, consistent with standard Mughal rupee reverse layouts of the period.
