| Obverse description | The upper centre carries a double-headed imperial eagle vignette, flanked on either side by the date 1918. The heading «ВРЕМЕННЫЙ КРЕДИТНЫЙ БИЛЕТЪ ТУРКЕСТАНСКАГО КРАЯ» (Temporary Credit Note of the Turkestan Region) runs across the top, with the bold letterpress denomination «ОДИНЪ РУБЛЬ» (One Rouble) occupying the central field below. Series letters and serial number appear at lower left and upper right respectively, with printed signature lines for the Manager (Управляющий) and Cashier (Кассиръ) at the foot and a Commissioner (Комиссаръ) line at upper right. |

Flanking text panels in smaller Cyrillic type carry the legal tender and issuance declarations, attributing emission to the People's Bank in Tashkent by decree of the Council of People's Commissars of the Russian Soviet Federative Socialist Republic. A geometric meander border frames the entire composition, consistent with Russian Civil War emergency issue typography. |
