| Obverse description | The upper centre carries a double-headed imperial eagle vignette, flanked on either side by the date 1918. The heading «ВРЕМЕННЫЙ КРЕДИТНЫЙ БИЛЕТЪ ТУРКЕСТАНСКАГО КРАЯ» (Temporary Credit Note of the Turkestan Region) runs across the top, with the bold letterpress denomination «ОДИНЪ РУБЛЬ» (One Rouble) occupying the central field below.
