| Reverse description | The reverse presents an intricately detailed, densely engraved panorama of terrestrial life, with the central hole of the coin forming the pivot of a yin-yang composition. Surrounding this central motif are richly modeled depictions of diverse fauna and flora, including elephants, reptiles, birds, ferns, mushrooms, and other natural forms, all interwoven in a continuous, harmonious design that fills the entire field. The composition is executed in a dark proof-like finish with strong contrasts between raised and recessed surfaces, emphasizing the complexity and interconnectedness of the natural world. Along the lower arc of the reverse, the Cyrillic lettering ЖЫЦЦЁ (LIFE) is inscribed in relief. The reverse carries no additional border ornamentation, allowing the naturalistic imagery to extend to the very edge of the coin. |

Belarus issued this piece under the "My Country, My Belarus" collector series, a state-sponsored program promoting national symbols and cultural heritage that has run across multiple denominations since the early 2000s. The National Bank has used the rouble collector format extensively — sometimes issuing dozens of thematic pieces in a single calendar year — which places individual items in a crowded field of similar copper-nickel issues from Minsk.
