Bilibin occupies the field, with a beaded circle enclosing a semicircular legend БАНК РОССИИ (Bank of Russia) below the device. The upper rim bears the denomination legend ОДИН РУБЛЬ (One Rouble), while the date 2000 appears at the lower rim.
