Reverse description A large central rose occupies the center of the field, surrounded by a radiating sunburst pattern. At the tips of the eight rays, alternating crowned lions rampant and fleurs-de-lis are disposed symmetrically. The entire composition is contained within a double octalobe border, creating a highly ornate and heraldically rich design. The circumferential Latin legend is positioned along the outer rim within the double octalobe frame.
