| Reverse description | Crowned imperial double-headed eagle displayed in the center of the field, its wings spread and detailed with feathers, bearing on its breast a crowned oval shield with the Habsburg arms. The eagle holds a scepter and orb in its talons. The circular legend ARCHID·AVST·DUX· BURG·CO·TYR· runs around the upper portion of the field, with the date 1780 and mintmark X completing the legend in the lower field. The reverse also bears an Arabic countermark applied during the coin's local countermarking circa 1880–1890. |
