| Obverse description | Right-facing bust of Yang di-Pertuan Agong IV, Tuanku Ismail Nasiruddin Shah, wearing traditional Malay royal headgear and decorated ceremonial attire, depicted with spectacles in a refined medallic portrait style. The effigy occupies the central field, rendered in high relief with fine detail on the regalia and costume.
