Reverse description The reverse features a facing portrait of Tun Abdul Razak Hussein, the second Prime Minister of Malaysia, depicted wearing traditional Malay headgear (songkok) and spectacles, set within a central raised medallion. Surrounding the portrait, radiating outward in a sunburst arrangement, are thirteen rectangular panels bearing the flags of the Malaysian states and the national flag (Jalur Gemilang), symbolising the unity of the federation. The legend TUN ABDUL RAZAK curves below the portrait within the central medallion.
