Obverse description Conjoined draped and armored busts of King Fredrik I and Queen Ulrika Eleonora facing right, the King wearing ornate pauldron armor beneath a draped mantle, both with long curly hair. The effigies are contained within an inner circle, with the royal legend arranged around the periphery. The portrait style reflects the baroque court aesthetic characteristic of early eighteenth-century Swedish medallic art.

Reverse description A prominently convex globular field bears the Three Crowns of Sweden — the traditional tre kronor emblem — arranged two above one in the classic triangular disposition. The globe is set within a flat milled border carrying the encircling Latin legend separated by a six-pointed star at the top. The deeply domed, shield-like relief of the central field is a distinctive feature of this pattern strike, lending it a pronounced three-dimensional quality.
