Obverse description Central field displays the national emblem of Oman — two crossed khanjar daggers overlaid with a sword and belt, rendered in fine relief against a polished field. An inner circular legend in Arabic arcs around the upper portion reading 'البنك المركزي العماني' and 'سلطنة عمان', flanked by the denomination 'ريال واحد' in Arabic to the right and 'ONE RIAL' in Latin to the left. The outer legend along the lower periphery reads 'SULTANATE OF OMAN' and 'CENTRAL BANK OF OMAN' in Latin script. The coin is bordered by a continuous ring of raised beads, giving it an elegant, formal appearance consistent with Omani commemorative coinage.
