Above the turtle, within an inner circle, the Arabic inscription 'السَّلاحِف' (turtle) appears at the top. The Arabic legend 'مجموعة البيئة' arcs along the upper rim alongside the date '٢٠٠٢' in Arabic-Indic numerals.
