Obverse description Central field bears the Arabic legend of Sultan Abdulaziz Khan inscribed in two lines within a wreath of two palm or olive branches tied at the base. The wreath frames the inscription symmetrically, with no effigy present, consistent with Islamic numismatic convention. The overall design is austere and calligraphic in character, with the entire composition enclosed within a plain circular border.

Reverse description Central field contains a multi-line Arabic inscription referencing Muhammad al-Sadiq, Bey of Tunis, accompanied by the AH date 1293 and the denomination numeral, all enclosed within a wreath of two olive or palm branches tied at the base. The calligraphic legend is arranged in three or four horizontal lines filling the inner field. The design follows the same format as the obverse, with no pictorial elements, consistent with Tunisian Beylical coinage of the period.
