| Reverse description | Central field contains a multi-line Arabic inscription referencing Muhammad al-Sadiq, Bey of Tunis, accompanied by the AH date 1293 and the denomination numeral, all enclosed within a wreath of two olive or palm branches tied at the base. The calligraphic legend is arranged in three or four horizontal lines filling the inner field. The design follows the same format as the obverse, with no pictorial elements, consistent with Tunisian Beylical coinage of the period. |
