| Obverse description | The obverse is printed in olive-green tones on a guilloche-patterned ground, with a bold numeral "1" vignette in an oval medallion at each upper corner. The central text block carries the denomination "Eine Rentenmark" in large Gothic lettering beneath the heading "Rentenbankschein", followed by the full statutory obligation text and the issuance date of 1 November 1923.
