| Obverse description | A bound wheatsheaf rendered in fine relief occupies the centre of the field, its stalks tied at the waist and the heads fanning outward in a naturalistic manner. The date 1933 is divided by the sheaf, with '19' to the left and '33' to the right in large serif numerals. The mint mark 'A' appears in small characters at the bottom of the field, directly below the base of the sheaf. The design is contained within a plain raised rim with no surrounding legend. |
