| Reverse description | Central field depicts a ceiba tree in full foliage, its trunk rising from a base of low vegetation, enclosed within a plain inner circle. To the left and right of the trunk appear the denomination indicators 1 and R respectively, denoting 1 Real. Below the inner circle, the mint mark T (for Tegucigalpa) is flanked by assayer initial F, fineness designation 10 D (diners), and silver grain weight 20 G, indicating the coin's fineness and assay details. The circumferential motto LIBRE CRESCA FECUNDO — meaning 'Free, grow fertile' — runs around the outer border, separated by small dot stops. The overall engraving is bold but crude, reflecting the limited technical resources of the provincial Tegucigalpa mint. |
