| Obverse description | Facing bust of Duke Leopold III, depicted frontally within a circular inner border, wearing a pearl-adorned crown or coronet with prominent pellets. The effigy is rendered in low relief in the crude hammered style typical of late 14th-century bracteate coinage, with flanking letters 'T' and 'O' visible in the field to either side of the bust. Several pellets appear below the bust in the lower field. |
