Reverse description A royal crown occupies the upper portion of the field, flanked on either side by the mint master's initials A· and P·. Below the crown, a three-line inscription in Roman capitals reads REALI PRESIDII QVATTRINO, identifying the issuing territory and denomination. The date 17·91 is divided at the centre by a large Roman numeral I denoting the denomination, and the entire design is contained within a beaded border.
