Obverse description Countermark of the City of Brno applied to the obverse of a Bohemian Prague Groschen. The countermark consists of a crowned Moravian eagle displayed within a circular punch, struck over the existing coin type. Surrounding the countermark, remnants of the original Prague Groschen legend in Gothic script remain partially legible in the outer field. The flan is irregular and shows typical hammered characteristics with slight flan cracks consistent with medieval silver coinage.

Reverse description Reverse of the host Prague Groschen, struck under the Bohemian royal authority, retaining its characteristic double-tailed lion of Bohemia passant within a beaded inner circle, with a partial Gothic Latin legend visible in the outer ring. The surface is heavily worn and partially obscured by the countermarking process, with the original die details significantly flattened. The flan exhibits edge nicks and irregular clipping typical of circulated medieval hammered silver.
