Obverse description The obverse is printed in red-brown and green on a fine guilloche underprint, with a circular watermark panel at left. The Fiji coat of arms, supported by two Fijian warriors, is engraved at upper centre above the issuer legend and legal tender clause. An intaglio portrait of King George V in military uniform with decorations occupies the right portion of the note, with the date and two manuscript signatures of the Commissioners of Currency at the lower margin.

Reverse description The reverse is executed in multicolour guilloche work — incorporating red, green, purple, and gold tones — arranged in an elaborate symmetrical pattern across the full field. A large cartouche at centre carries the issuer inscription, flanked by intricate lathe-work rosettes and scalloped borders. A circular watermark panel is positioned at the right, mirroring the placement on the obverse.
