| Obverse description | Flat, broad annular field surrounding a central hexagonal perforation, with a raised rim bordering both the outer edge and the inner hole. A Javanese inscription occupies the annular field and is read counter-clockwise from the base toward the outer edge. The legend, rendered in Javanese script, reads 'Pangeran Adipati.' The overall surface displays the characteristic grainy texture of cast tin, with minimal relief typical of Sumatran pitis coinage of the early seventeenth century. |
