Obverse description	Portrait of King Norodom Sihanouk at centre, set within a circular guilloche medallion with an ornate floral border in orange and green. The denomination UNE PIASTRE appears in large letters to the left and right, flanked by symmetrical guilloche rosettes. The issuing authority inscription runs across the top, with signature titles LE PRÉSIDENT and LE CAISSIER GÉNÉRAL below the respective signature lines at lower left and right.
