| Reverse description | Two classical female figures standing facing one another in the field, personifying Clemency and Abundance. The figure on the left, Clemency, is seated or semi-kneeling and gestures outward with her right hand. The figure on the right, Abundance, holds a cornucopia overflowing with fruits in her left arm and raises a tablet or book in her right hand. Between them stands a tall sceptre or fasces. The papal arms of Clement X appear on a shield in the lower exergue, flanked by the inscription CLEM LIB. The circular legend MALVM MINVIT BONVM AVGET runs around the field, and the design is enclosed within a beaded border. |
