| Obverse description | A stylized multi-petalled rose occupies the central field, rendered in relief with a circular centre and radiating petals in the heraldic tradition of the County of Lippe. The rose is enclosed within a wreath of two symmetrical branches, their leaflets projecting inward toward the central device. The overall composition is set within a plain raised border, consistent with hammered coinage of the late seventeenth century. |
