Reverse description A continuous pearl border runs along the octagonal periphery. The circular legend KLEINGELDERSATZMARKE occupies the outer margin, flanked at the base by three six-pointed stars. Within the legend, a twisted rope circle encloses the central field, in which the large numeral 1 denotes the denomination. The overall design is plain and functional, characteristic of German notgeld emergency coinage of the early Weimar period.
