Obverse description Central device consisting of the crowned royal cipher of Friedrich Günther, rendered as an elaborate interlaced monogram of the letters F and G in script, surmounted by a princely crown with cross finial. The monogram is flanked on either side by a single olive or laurel branch curving upward from the base, framing the central device symmetrically. The field is otherwise plain, with no surrounding legend. The overall design is executed in a refined neoclassical style typical of early nineteenth-century German small coinage.

Obverse lettering FG
Reverse description The denomination and date are presented in three lines across the plain field: the numeral '1' at the top, followed by 'PFENNIG' in bold capital letters at center, and the date '1825' at the base. A horizontal rule or line separates the date from the denomination above it. The composition is stark and typographic, with no additional ornament, heraldic device, or surrounding legend, lending a utilitarian character consistent with minor copper coinage of the German states.
