| Obverse description | Central shield of the Leiningen arms displaying three eagles arranged vertically, flanked on either side by foliate branches forming a wreath-like frame. A comital crown surmounts the shield at the top of the design. The composition is rendered in moderate relief within a plain field, typical of small German territorial coinage of the early nineteenth century. |
