Reverse description The reverse displays the denomination and issuing authority in three lines across the central field, reading '1 / PFENNING / STADTMÜNZ', with the date below in two digits flanking a small decorative star or mintmark at the base. The lettering is rendered in a plain serif style with no surrounding border legend. A beaded or milled border runs along the inner rim. The date visible on the image reads 1804, consistent with the recorded issue years of 1803–1805. The overall layout is simple and purely typographic, typical of minor copper coinage of German municipal issuers of the early nineteenth century.
