Obverse description Double-headed imperial eagle displayed with spread wings, the bodies covered in stylized feather scale pattern, surmounted by a single imperial crown. Below the eagle, in the lower field, the letter K enclosed within a small oval or circle, serving as the mint identifier for Kempten. The entire design is contained within a border of raised beads forming an inner circle.
