Obverse description The obverse features the Cuban national coat of arms at center, depicting a shield divided into three sections with a key, a royal palm tree, and alternating blue and white stripes, surmounted by a Phrygian cap on a pole and flanked by an oak branch on the left and a laurel branch on the right, all above a fasces.
