| Obverse description | Mexican national coat of arms displayed centrally in the field, featuring the heraldic eagle perched on a cactus and devouring a serpent, as prescribed by Republican tradition. The design closely follows the type shared with KM#673 and KM#674. A circular legend surrounds the central device. The coin contains 300 milligrams of fine gold within its electrum alloy composition. |

RO. appear in the upper field above the cap, with the gold fineness inscription ORO: 0.300 below. The surrounding circular legend reads REFORMA LIBERTAD JUSTICIA Y LEY, with the date 1915 inscribed at the base of the coin. |
