| Obverse description | Printed entirely in blue on plain paper, the obverse is divided into two zones by a dotted geometric border running the full perimeter. The left panel carries a large numeral '1' set against a dense dot-matrix underprint within a rectangular cartouche, with '1 Pta.' inscribed below.
