The text is arranged in three registers: the issuing authority legend at top, the promise-to-pay clause in a smaller band across the centre, and the large denomination value 'UNA PESETA' set within an oval dotted guilloche underprint that also incorporates the handwritten serial number below it. The place and date of issue appear in italic script along the lower margin. |
