Obverse description	The face is divided into a grid of panels by a red dotted-line border forming an outer frame and interior cross-divisions, with green wavy guilloche underprint fills in the corner and side panels. Denomination numeral '1' appears in dark blue letterpress at each corner, with 'CONSELL MUNICIPAL' in large bold capitals across the top and 'BORGES DEL CAMP' along the bottom.
