Reverse description A voided short cross divides the reverse into four quarters, with a six-pointed star or mullet occupying each quarter. The cross extends to the beaded outer border, creating a bold geometric design typical of the short-cross coinage series. The moneyer's name is inscribed in the surrounding legend, divided by the arms of the cross. The die work is irregular, consistent with provincial hammered production, and the strike is somewhat off-centre as is common for this issue.

Reverse lettering HENRI LE RVS
(Translation: Henri le Rus)
