| Reverse description | The reverse displays cursive Nagari or Devanagari inscription within a plain field, recording the regnal year (RY) in a three-part format referencing the Mughal emperor Shah Alam II, as was customary for feudatory Bundela issues of this period. The legends are crudely executed, consistent with the hammered technique and local mint practice. The flan is irregular and the surfaces show patination typical of circulated copper coinage. No border or inner circle is present. |
