Obverse description Central field occupied by a stylized leaf motif flanked by multi-line inscriptions rendered in Gurmukhi script. The legends are arranged in horizontal registers across the flan, characteristic of Sikh copper coinage of the period. The design is executed in the bold, primitive style typical of hammered Lahore mint issues, with the inscription filling the available field. The irregular flan edges and uneven strike reflect the hand-struck production method common to Ranjit Singh-era subsidiary coinage.
