| Obverse description | Hammered copper flan bearing a prominent crescent moon motif occupying the central field, rendered in bold relief characteristic of late Sikh Empire coinage. A stylised foliate or floral symbol appears to the left within the crescent's arc. The regnal year is inscribed in Eastern Arabic-Indic numerals, with scattered pellet ornaments distributed across the field. The coin's irregular planchet and robust striking are consistent with hand-hammered workshop production of the period. |

| Reverse description | The reverse displays a bold Gurmukhi legend arranged across the field in two registers, reading 'Akal Sahai Guru Nanak' (Eternal God is the helper, Guru Nanak), a standard Sikh devotional invocation employed on coinage of the Lahore Darbar. The characters are deeply incised in a broad, simplified style typical of hammered copper issues. The field is otherwise plain, with the inscription filling the available space in a bold, centralised composition. The irregular coin edge reflects the hand-cut planchet preparation common to this series. |
