An eagle crest with the motto `E pluribus unum` on a banner held in the eagle`s mouth. In one talon it holds a plant, and in the other it holds arrows. Above the eagle`s head, between its upstretched wings, is an inverted triangle of stars. Above the crest reads `United States of America`, and below the crest reads `One ounce AVP 999 copper`.
