| Obverse description | The central field features an oval cartouche depicting the standing effigy of Our Lady of Graces (the Miraculous Medal design) with the legend around the oval border, dated 1830 at the base. Flanking the cartouche in relief are two scenes from Medjugorje: Apparition Mountain with its cross to the left, and Cross Mountain with its stepped monument to the right.
