Obverse description Central field features a shield bearing three crowns arranged two-over-one, the heraldic arms of Sweden, enclosed within a beaded inner circle. Above the shield, a small cross or fleur-de-lis ornament is visible, while additional crown devices appear in the upper and lower quarters of the field flanking the shield. The surrounding legend is struck in Latin uncial characters along the coin's periphery, with the entire design characteristic of early sixteenth-century hammered coinage showing irregular flan shape and typical striking weakness at the margins.
