| Reverse description | The reverse features a standing effigy of the Immaculate Virgin Mary in prayer, robed and veiled, positioned to the left within a recessed oval panel. To the right, the heraldic shield of the Jesuit Colegio de la Inmaculada of Lima is prominently displayed, surmounted by a royal crown with a flaming torch, and bearing the Jesuit IHS monogram with crossed anchors and floral charges. The numeral '125 años' appears in the lower right field to commemorate the 125th anniversary.
