| Obverse description | A Sudan Postage stamp of 3 Piastres, printed in rose-red and blue, repurposed as an emergency local currency issue. The central vignette shows a camel postman in motion, rendered in intaglio. Two black overprints are applied: the legend NOT VALID FOR POSTAGE in large bold letterpress across the centre, and an Arabic numeral overprint reading ١ مليم (1 Millieme) in the lower central area. The stamp retains its original perforated edges, Arabic and English inscriptions, and corner numeral tablets. |
