Obverse description Stylized indigenous figural design depicting a standing royal figure rendered in a schematic, linear manner characteristic of medieval Sinhalese coinage. The central motif shows a frontal figure with arms outstretched, the right hand appearing to hold a stylized flower or lotus blossom. Sinhalese script characters appear in the upper field above the figure. The entire design is enclosed within a beaded border running along the coin's irregular periphery.

Reverse description The reverse field is occupied entirely by a multi-line Sinhalese script inscription arranged in two or three registers across the coin's surface. The characters are rendered in the rounded, cursive style typical of medieval Sinhalese epigraphy, reading the royal name and title of the issuing monarch. The inscription is surrounded by a beaded border consistent with that of the obverse, and the overall execution reflects the hand-struck, indigenous workshop tradition of the Dambadeniya period.
Reverse script Sinhala
