| Obverse description | Highly stylized gajasardula motif occupying the central field, depicting a tiger in the act of mounting or attacking an elephant. The design is rendered in a schematic, abstracted manner characteristic of late medieval Indian hammered coinage, with the forms of both animals reduced to bold, intertwined shapes. The composition fills the flan completely, with no border legend or exergual inscription. The relief is strongly modeled despite the irregular planchet. |
