| Obverse description | Central device depicts a stylized spread eagle in relief within a raised inner circle, with the party initials 'SRP' inscribed across the eagle's body. The surrounding legend reads 'FÜR DEUTSCHEN SOZIALISMUS' arching around the upper periphery, with a small decorative floral ornament at the base of the field.
