| Obverse description | Draped bust of Queen Kristina facing right, with hair elaborately dressed and gathered at the nape in a chignon, rendered in high relief with fine detail. The effigy is uncrowned and displays a classical, idealized portrait style characteristic of mid-17th century Swedish coinage. The peripheral legend reads REGINA CHRISTINA, divided on either side of the bust, with the letters incuse into the flat field. The portrait occupies the full height of the flan, with minimal border treatment. |
